Quick and Worry Free!

I have to admit we were being rather picky on finding our forever home but Kim was patient and understanding. She put in the leg work to make sure the home we bought was going to be a perfect fit for our family. She is very easy-going yet professional. She doesn’t trouble you with the “red tape” but will keep you informed throughout the process. Simply put, this agent knows how to get things done.

"My husband and I worked with Kim earlier this year while we were in the process of relocating to the Southern IL area from Asheville, NC. It was our first home buying experience and Kim was absolutely wonderful to work with. We had been looking with another agent for several months and it was not a great experience, so we decided to give Kim a call. From the moment we first called her, she was on it. "So glad we found Kim! We had contacted another agent in the area from seeing their sign in the yard of the house we wanted to see but after 3 calls to his number and no response we tried the main office and still no return call. We drove past Kim's office and decided to stop in. She was more than happy to help us! She answered our calls, texts and emails right away. She showed up more than one property. She was a great negotiator and got us the house we wanted! The process was nerve racking for us but Kim reassured us with would all be good and it was. She gave us the sweetest closing gift! We would highly HIGHLY recommend anyone looking to not pay attention to the 'biggest' office and 'most signs' because that doesn't always mean they are the 'best'."
